https://www.ebay.com/itm/364730109024 is the link to my item. It does not appear when I sort by lowest price (should be between the listings at $300 and $350), and my title is very similar to others that have sold. I sold two cards yesterday, one of which had been up for mere minutes. This item has 0 views and 0 watchers. I would like to sell this item quickly, while post-Super Bowl hype is at its highest, but in order to do that, I need to be able to get my card seen.

You recently updated this on 12 February, actually two revisions on the 12th, and the item has probably no re-indexed as of yet. Allow 24 hours after the revisions to take effect and if the search still does not work please return and let us know.

Looking at that listing, there was around 15 promoted listings that were a lot cheaper then yours.

Not that are this version. The card I am selling is a blue Press Proof, and I check this market several times a day.

I knew before clicking that it was going to be a Mahomes card @robertson-cards .
eBay has been placing cards of certain players - presumably those prone to fraud/fakes - under stricter review than other cards, which has delayed the indexing process. That said, all reports I've seen indicate those cards are still being indexed within 24 hours as stated in the help pages. If for any reason your card takes longer than 24 hours (from most recent revision) to index, that would be a reason to question what's going on.
I looked at your active listings and have no problems seeing the card sorting by newly listed, so that listing has indexed.

General info on listing indexing:
It can take 24 hours for a listing to index in search. If you revise the listing the clock may restart.
While longer index times are most common for new sellers, even well-established sellers that typically experience near instant indexing can see the longer indexing time depending what they're listing from item, to category, to key words, to price.

When you create a listing, your item should appear in eBay searches within 24 hours. To find it, search using keywords in your listing, and apply filters to narrow your results.
If you can’t find your listing after 24 hours, go to Selling and check whether it’s active, in draft, or has any other status. The listing needs to be active to be pulled into our search results.
If your listing is active, and it’s been 24 hours, here are some quick checks you can do:
- Make sure you didn’t misspell anything or run two words together in the item’s title
- Look for any typos that accidentally created profanity in your listing; search will block a listing if it spots profanity
- Remove any special characters (! @ / *) from the title
- Check if you’ve created a duplicate listing. If you have, you’ll find a note in the Selling section of My eBay or Seller Hub explaining that your listing won’t be available until you’ve received at least one bid on the identical active listing
- Make sure it’s okay to sell that type of product on eBay. If the item is from a category that’s not allowed, we’ll remove your listing and send you an email explaining why Learn more about prohibited or restricted items

@dbfolks166mt is right.
Each revision re-starts the indexing process and delays the upload by up to 24 hours.
You can review a listing as it will appear before uploading it for indexing.
Revisions after that review, but before uploading, do not delay indexing.
