So, I have a retail Windows 10 Key I'm trying to sell on Ebay. Today it was taken down as OEM even though its retail.. I happily provided an eBay customer support agent the receipt I had for the key, yet they still said it violated their terms of the OEM agreement.
So, any ideas what I can do.

If this is the key only, you can't sell it here. It's not allowed.
If it is the actual software along with the key, you can sell it only if it is sold with the original hardware. It has to be physically shipped. Do not email the key only. That's against policy, and a very good way to lose your key and the money for it.

"OEM (original equipment manufacturer) software can be sold with the original hardware but must not be sold separately."

Ebay tries to eliminate scams the best they can and those keys are normally nothing but a scam. I would think Windows manufacturer would not be happy either.
