Ebay has told me to ignore the invoices, but I just received another one and am concerned if I don't pay it the charity's good standing with ebay will be affected. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

You can reach out to e-Bay CS on social media.
https://facebook.com/eBayForBusiness
Message button in upper right on landing page. Send them a private message and inquire.
Include the Selling ID and outline what you were told previously. Give them an email or phone number to call you.
Good luck!

I've been on the phone with them and they said to just ignore the invoice. I'm hesitant to do that though and worried ignoring it will affect the charity's good standing status. Have you ignored the invoices from ebay charity before, and if so, how di that go?

Yes, it lists each item, which is a book, and shows how much the item sold for, which the charity has already received the money for since I'm a direct seller for them and the bank account I use is theirs.

Check out the Charity FAQ and perhaps you can resolve your confusion.

Specifically look at Section 3
I don't do Charity listings and only briefly looked at the info but I get the impression the "invoice" is for your records to back up your Charitable Donation deduction on your tax return.

Hi,
Have you had a proper resolution to this? eBay customer service has ben giving me the runaround (including telling us to ignore the invoices). Ebay Charity Team has not responded to emails. in the meantime, they have restricted the account (not allowing any new listings) due to these "unpaid invoices". The account was set up (according to the "charity team") as a direct seller close to 2 years ago (with 100% of proceeds going directly from eBay to the charity). Over the past 6 months or so, we have received these invoices. No one seems to know how to handle this properly. Any advice greatly appreciated!
