Why do the traffic reports lag so far behind? Today is showing through 7/11. Twelve days behind!
I started a couple of sales yesterday and wanted to view the change in traffic, but unable to compare because statistics are not current. This would be a really good seller tool if it were up dated daily. I tried logging out for a while to see if it would refresh, but no. Any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this up. I feel the same and have complained about it to a rep. Why create a tool that can't be fully utilized?

What company has a two week lag on DAILY sales reports??

What company would allow this ?.....Answer...the companies that don't care about those who rely on the reports.

The same company that only checks your top rated status every 30 days. Ebay will do with numbers only what benefits them. Bad numbers get delayed reports. Seller metrics and top rated checks update silly stupidly delayed because it = higher fees for longer.

In a world where i can see what type of storm is over my head instantly from my phone with radar....i cant get a traffic report for weeks.

Today is July 26th, traffic report is still on July 11th. This aggravates me to no end.

Only promoted traffic numbers are current, but they don't differentiate traffic from within and outside of ebay.

I keep leaving feedback on the traffic page.

Is there someone with a magic wand to summon an official ebay representative to this thread?

If there is, they'll have to wave the magic wand in Las Vegas, where many of the eBay staff are currently hanging out and spending your money.

I ran ads on social media and would like to see how effective they were.

Mine is the same. This is one of the reasons I don't really check those reports much. They're not too useful if they're out of date.

Lets face it people. There is only (and I mean ONLY) one set of numbers that we can rely on given our circumstances....... and that is the numbers that hit our bank account.

Imagine driving a car at night with no headlights. We need as much information as possible.

Heard from @askebay on Twitter:

"Normally these reports can trail roughly 3-7 days behind. However. we're aware of some latency issues with this reporting. If you send over a DM with your user ID I would be happy to add your account so our team can keep track. So sorry for any inconvenience! ~Kayla"
