Why did eBay change the overview page?

Why does eBay change things that aren't broken? Before, my overview page had the stuff that needs shipped and offers right in the center box, now it's a graph of my sales. Now, the stuff that needs shipped is easy to find, but pending offers are hidden in the list to the left. There's no "opt out" option, but can it be changed back? Thanks and God bless!

eBay is working on this so we'll have to wait and see what the final result is.

On one of my accounts it's a bunch of missing info. On another of my accounts I'm seeing this:

As you can see, changes are still in progress.

eBay has had this banner up on Hub for weeks now, to let sellers know changes were coming.

Really hope eBay brings back that customize link! I rely on it.
