Why can't the bot target sellers who are clearly bidding up their items, not shipping and repeat the process?

I understand we all, from time to time have an item not paid for, and we relist the item.

I have identified sellers that have multiple items or a consistent basis repeating this behavior.

That's called shill bidding and not allowed. Report them every time you see them and twice on Sundays

Believe me when I say sellers are targeted who attempt to do what you are saying. Also, you have no proof whatsoever that a seller is actually doing what you are saying. Only Ebay can do that.

Most of the alleged cases of shill bidding reported here are NOT in fact shill bidding.

Only a rank amateur shill bids in such a sloppy manner that they end up being the winner and have to cancel and relist.
