Why can't I select UPS as a shipping option on my phone when I make a sale that listed UPS shipping?

Everything is right on desktop but on my phone it only gives me FedEx and USPS. I refuse to have/use FedEx on any of my listings so the buyer always selects UPS shipping yet I cannot choose it on the mobile app. WHATS UP WITH THIS?

UPS shipping option is only available on your web browser no on the app, so you can access ebay from chrome or safari web browser and you will have the option available. 

you can also access the ups shipping from your email , but only if you’ve recently printed a label.  Link the link for your recently printed label from your email and you will be redirected to the web to reprint or access other shipments.

cant ship anything but USPS right now, happening more often now and I only use computer when shipping so thats not the issue,
