Why can't I list my "Netflix" stock certificate successfully?

Apparently using the word 'Netflix' in the title is causing a problem.  However without it, I'm afraid I won't get the right type of traffic.  Worse, harsh language from eBay stating 'not to try listing again.'

Anyone have any similar stories or input that might help me?

Thanks,

Mike

Why can't I list my "Netflix" stock certificate successfully?

Is it just a certificate or an actual share?  "The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulates the sale of stocks and other security interests and, as such, they can't be sold on eBay."

Oh yes I should have thought about that by now. I did specify in the description that it holds no value as a security and is strictly a collectible. But you’re right it’s probably something to do with that. I sent an email to eBay about a half an hour ago but j know it’s a holiday. Thanks for the help!!!

Here's the policy:

Since NetFlix is still an entity, it must show "Cancelled" on it, and be clearly identified as collectable and of no value.

Oh gee I will certainly take that under advisement and promptly figure it out.  I wish to do what’s right here, temporarily which might be interesting is I got around it by omitting the word IPO.  Nonetheless I will revisit my cert and see if it contains the cancelled verbiage.  Thank you!!
