Why can't I list my new items on eBay for last days?

Hi,

I faced a serious issue with listing my new items on eBay since last Friday Sep 3, 2021.

It keeps showing the below message and I had the same experience before but they fixed it immediately.

We’ve noticed that you have been selling more on eBay. We want to ensure you continue to increase your sales successfully. Before listing any additional items on eBay, please contact us to discuss your selling plans and goals.

Please click here to acquire the phone number and PIN to directly contact eBay customer service and speak with a representative.

Note: To acquire a PIN you must be logged into your account.

This time they told me there is a data breech and they are working on it. but after 4 days nothing changed.

Does anybody know what it is going on in eBay?

You are limited because you are a new seller, you can ask for increases when you have proved yourself a little more.

One peicce of advice - Please do not put the buyer's username in your replies to feedback received, this is not allowed.

     This almost sounds like somebody has hacked, or is attempting to hack, you account. What they told you may in fact be true. This is the first time I can recall seeing a posting like this on this forum.

What I would do is go directly to https://www.ebay.com/sellerhelp/sl  to request an increase in selling limits - don't follow any links in any emails.  I recall when I had started up a new ID to sell, I had to call to request a limit increase because my stuff started selling right away.  No one wanted to discuss anything with me - they were just going to look at my sales pattern. It's actually a fairly cut and dried operation which CS fixed in about two minutes.
