Yes.

New, occasional and questionable sellers will have a limit on the number or value of items they can list.

Even if one of those listings sells, it cannot be replaced until the next 30 day listing period rolls around.

Note that is number OR value.

You may be allowed 500 listings for example OR again an example $2000 value.

If you listed ten $200 items, you could not list anything else that month.

If you listed 200 $10 items, you could not list anything else that month.

You can phone Customer Service every 30 days and ask that your restrictions be modified.

There may be more restrictions because you are apparently selling Nazi /WWII German army items.  There are some strict rules about those. You probably saw the Warning when you listed. Read it carefully.

I am also wondering if a 75 year old item can actually be described as New. Perhaps New Old Stock or Vintage 1943 would be better.

When you are a new seller, Ebay imposes selling limits on you until you get some experience under your belt.  If you keep your account in good standing with Ebay, they will allow you to call into the call center ever 30 days and request a selling limit increase.

They will give you an increase each month.  Keep up this process until you have limits that are well beyond what you feel you will ever need.

Welcome to selling on Ebay.  I hope you have great success.
