Why can't I find where to accept an offer

An offer has been made on my item.  I cannot find where to accept it.  I tried in Ebays message and Active Selling. Does not show accept offer box.

Is the offer in eBay messages?

Woodie. From home page near upper right corner of screen you should see a little bell icon next to the "My ebay" button. Scroll over that bell icon. Any new offer should pop up from there. If not it should show under "My Ebay" then "Selling" and be seen as one of the tasks that says respond to offers.

Also if you hit "Active listings" you can scroll through them there and the little blue icon beside any with offers will say "respond to offers".

If the offer was made through the make offer button and not through eBay messages then you can go to the active listing and you'll see a prompt at the top of the page to respond to the offer - assuming it hasn't expired yet.

This seller hub filter will show all listings with pending offers. You can use the actions column on the left to go to the offer page and respond.
