I have been selling for years on Ebay and I am so totally disgusted with the changes that have happened. Right now, I am furious about the changes with the sales promotion/markdown manager so I decided to try something else to generate sales. I chose one category in which I sell the most items in and decided to offer Buy 1 Get 1 Free, however, when I look for my items in the search results, there is no banner showing that there is a special offer. When I check other sellers listings, I see where there is a banner displaying Buy...., Get 1 Free. Why aren't my promotions showing in the search results????? Why is it showing for some sellers and not others???? I am a top rated seller with 100% feedback but my business is now struggling due to lack of sales because of all of the changes.
