I have an EMPTY tobacco tin for sale. People sell these here all the time! WHY is mine being removed? And WHY are you taking my money to boost this item and then canceling my ad - but KEEPING my boost money?!??

With that in mind, we might be able to help you. Please post the email you received, black out any personal info. We may be able to see something in that email that you don't. It happens all the time.

Have you specified in the title that the tin is empty? I don’t know if that will solve the problem but it might. However, it can be a bit risky to relist an item once it has been pulled.

Yes, the title and description should state "Empty", also must be shown at least in one of the pictures.

You have several active listings for tobacco tins, and we can't see the ones that were removed, so it's hard to be sure exactly why they might have been removed.

But, it would be a good idea not to include anything in a picture that looks exactly like a full, sealed pack of cigarettes. Especially not in the gallery picture.

eBay uses bots to screen pictures, and they probably can't reliably read slanted, distorted text on the label to distinguish whether the pack contains books of matches or cigarettes.
