I’m experiencing a very frustrating issue and I hope someone can help or share advice.
Every time I list Labubu items (both dolls and even Labubu doll clothing), my listing gets removed automatically within 2 hours under the “counterfeit policy.”
The problem is:
- All my Labubu items are 100% authentic.
- I provide clear proof of authenticity in my listings (official QR codes, packaging photos, tags, etc.).
- I have never sold replicas or counterfeit items.
This has been happening for a long time, and it is making it impossible for me to sell on eBay. I believe this may be a technical problem with eBay’s system, because the removals happen automatically and immediately, not after manual review.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? How can I get eBay to properly review my case and allow my authentic Labubu listings to stay up?
