You can call eBay and ask if they can remove it. In the old days they use to remove it because it is a negative comment with a positive. With all the new changes, not sure they still do that.

If a seller left a buyer a Positive with negative feedback remarks ebay would remove it.
As a seller they will tell you it's the buyers opinion .
Since it isn't a Red negative it isn't so noticeable .
Shame all the others loved them and a lower feedback buyer came along with that comment.
They should have just asked to return it but at this point try to move on .

Leaving a negative comment with a positive dot is not a removeable comment and never has been when left for a seller. Some sellers got customer service to remove theirs because the description was bad and it was unclear it only applied to buyer feedback
there used to be a rule about leaving bad dsrs with a positive, maybe you’re thinking of that. Sellers were using it to sink their competitors.
the reason it’s removeable for buyers is because it’s a way to slime around the no negatives rule. There is nothing blocking negs for spellers.
i would ignore it and dont add a follow up because that will draw attention to it.

I could have swore that buyer negatives left as positives were against policy. Never hurts to call CS and ask. If anyone is savvy enough to notice that feedback they will hopefully notice all the other feedback that has been left for the same item. Also looks like that buyer is new so I personally wouldn't put much weight to it. If you are worried about it you could reply with some like "Sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. Sent you a PM". The problem with replying to it is now your are pointing out the feedback and making it more obvious.

Yes buyer negatives left as positives have been against the rules since the no negs for buyers rule started in 2008. OP is a seller though.

It's only against policy if a seller does it and leaves a green donut with neg comments for a buyer.

I think the buyer might have wanted to leave a neg, but you are a top rated seller and the listing ended less than 7 days ago..
Can't neg a top rated seller within 7 days?
Am I right anyone?

Why
We have no idea why your buyer does not think it is authentic. You will have to ask the buyer.
is this considered a negative feedback?
No, it is a positive feedback containing a statement questioning your item's authenticity.
(Confused)
Would you prefer that it was a negative instead of a positive?

Leave it be; it will get buried and buyers have enough of a hard time reading descriptions, estimated delivery dates, if items are refundable etc. to pay ANY attention to that once it gets moved down a couple notches. If buyers look at feedback, they are looking for red donuts.

Your hammer may have located the uppermost center portion of the nail.
This also may not be over.
The buyer has time to open a return request.

Or a neutral. Powersellers get a seven day reprieve from any non-positive feedback. Day eight is usually a real doozey.
