Why all the busy work I want to sell and create

Okay ebay wanted bigger picture we can do that

then they wanted UPC codes we can do that

no listings older than 16 months okay we will end them

then they wanted active content removed okay we did that

then they wanted mobile friendly okay I can do that

now they are saying my 213 of my items have small pictures again and my part numbers are missing ?

I have edited my listings so many times I have forgotton how many and what is no longer listed

On June 11th I ended every single listing went through them made up part numbers checked everthing over after eBay deleted over 700 listings

This week I edited 170 agin as I neared the end I got a notice saying my listings are non compliant and  I only have 457 and I am supposed to have 1200

I manufacture a large percentage of my product and it not available anywhere else but on eBay

I made up goofy part numbers for my listings already how can I not be compliant oh and did I mention I sold less than 30 bucks this week

I think the constant threat of deleting our hard work and try to become what everybody dislikes about the other site is a huge mistake Ebay needs to get back to its roots a unique shopping experience with unuasal items

Why didnt they tell us in the beginning you need this this and this instead of us making it do it all over again and again

Shaking my head hoping I can pay my fees

Not to mention I stil cannot get into seller hub

I feel the same way about some of this stuff.  However lets keep in mind, while the stuff you state we have had to change in our listings, aren't all recent changes.  It has been over a good period of time.

The picture concern is a few years old.  We are suppose to have 500 pixel pictures for a long time now.  And some of your pictures are actually pretty small.  Some are a small pic with a lot of white background.  But here is part of what Ebay says about pics.

Ebay expects the longest side of your picture to be at least 500 pixels to be able to successfully list your products. You can achieve this size easily by setting your camera's default quality to high or medium. The ideal size however is 1600 pixels on the longest side.

We are all battling this mobile ready thing, active content and structured data right now.  It is a real mess for sure.  One thing that can help you when you are in revising one of your listings.  Just above the description, on the right side of your screen is some help.  It says "Mobile Friendly checker".  Click on that.  It has three tabs so it is much more than just a mobile friendly checker, you can check and correct for active content as well.  It is pretty darn handy.

Not all categories requires UPC or other PIs.  So you may want to review that.  It might help.

Everyone should just face the fact that ebay, in their efforts to standardize (make easy for mega sellers to identify what small sellers have sucess with), have totally fubared the listing process.  With catalog pics that wont load, wrong catalog descriptions, not accepting upc s, identifying active content that is not active content.

imho, this is either planned disruption or not qualified programmers.

Actually the reasoning behind Structured Data is because of Google search returns.

Pic sizes was to make things clearer for buyers, which is a good thing.

But some of your pics are not big enough.  There is more white background than there is a pic of the product.

This pic is super tiny.

This pic is so blurry it is hard to make out what it depicts.

Motorcycle Fuel Filter 2 Filters Emgo Resistant

This pic shows no details, but black.

ZanDanna Bandannas, Bandanna, Cotton, Black

There are many others.  I'm NOT trying to pick on you or upset you in any way.  I'm just trying to show you that these are some of the problems Ebay sees as well with your pics.

Why all the busy work I want to sell and create

blurry because I resized them all last year
I really spent a long time on it and I even had some of my items professionally photographed
why do my items keep reverting back to a different location I have not lived at for 3 years
