Why I'm unable to add SKU, I got access from my clients

Hello there, I'm having this issue from last 1-2 months that eBay don't allow my to add any SKU, Pricing reset stuff from the seller hub. I got access from my clients and they give me full access of account.  I don't know what's this but I need urgent help. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks!
