Hi. I'm a member on ebay since 2015, was using ebay not often until 2020 november, now using very often, already sold a few times (1 item per month, because it's my limit) bought more then 100 items, my rating are 115 and 100% no neutral, or negative, but I can't still raise my selling limits above 10pounds (ebay was registered then I was in england, now I'm living in Lithuania, no matter which ebay .de .com or co.uk using it's still 10pounds limit) and only now raised to 10 items maximum I can list, so basicaly I can only make auctions from 0.99 not selling by fixed price. And then trying to increase my maximum limits I gain message what I'm not allegable for it. What the reason? I'm old person with perfect rating. Most sadly to me then I ofter see other just created accounts with no rating selling items for 200-300 pounds or dollars with fixed prices. So new user can do it with no rating and I using ebay daily can't?

If you have not listed in a while, it appears that eBay is now setting a very low listing limit ($10 or one item in some cases on ebay.com -- I assume 10 pounds is the limit on ebay.co.uk) to prevent dormant accounts from being hijacked and used to promote scam listings.
You will likely need to contact customer service on whichever site you are registered on for an account review and to have your limit raised to a reasonable level.

Thanks you! I guess this is the reason of me not using ebay since 2015-2020 (till November)

Hi, your not alone. I also have sold many items on eBay with no selling limits for many years and just recently eBay have blocked my items with a "Selling Limit" so I have lots of stock and nobody to sell it to !. WHAT A STRANGE THING TO DO !! having promoted a successful Selling Site. but then just turn your customers AWAY !!
