What's ebay's reasoning to not show what a best offer sold price is?
Is it because they fear other buyers will make similar offers on similar or identical items thereby discounting the value?
Are they protecting the seller? Not showing what they accepted which may be embarrassingly below the listed price.
Or do they want you to see only what it was listed for making the value appear to be greater than it is?
