My counter keeps removing listings from my monthly allotment with out me listing any items or any items rolling over. What the bleep is going on. now I am down 16 listings 3 more than an hour ago and I have listed NOTHING and no GTC listings have rolled over???

I only listed 10 manually. Now I have 18 listings removed from my allotment. I just got off the phone with CS which was a waste of time. they are showing and telling me I have relisted items that are STILL ACTIVE with 12 plus hours left before they end! They said they submitted a ticket to Technical dept. and I would get a call back within 48 hrs? Yeah right I will be OUT OF MY MONTHLY ALLOTMENT by then at the rate my listings are being deducted with no actual items being RELISTED or ROLLED OVER! I am livid

Mine is all messed up too. I can only imagine how many people are being charged fees and have no idea.....it has to be millions of dollars in revenue for eBay.

I have been charged 11 listings I did not place. Support is supposed to call me back tomorrow to see if they can solve the glitch.

Hi everyone - thanks for your patience while we waited for more information on this.
There was a technical issue that impacted some members this week, specifically:
Some Good Til Cancelled listings which renewed early in July (July 1 & July 2 as an example) were charged a 2nd insertion fee after 30 days passed instead of renewing the following month as they should have.
The appropriate teams are aware of the issue, have identified the cause and corrected it. Additionally they are currently working to identify and credit listings that were double charged incorrectly in July.
Moving forward this will not occur as we finalize the transition from 30 day renewals to monthly renewals. Thanks!
