Who knowhow long the new seller open the promotion lising rights?

1As the new seller, we can't open the promotion listing function.Who are willing share how to solve this problem? And anyone has the effective strategy for this kind of new seller? I feel worst of nothing can do.

I've always advised new sellers to NOT use the Promoted Listing Tools until they first learn how to sell on the site.  There is a whole lot to learn regarding selling.  Get that down first and then use Promoted listings if you feel it will be helpful to you.
