Who can i hire to get up my store ? Suggestions ?

I am just a small store and started back in May 2019 and I didn't do a  Professional Logo just used one of my items from my listings  to be up there for my store and i think it looks good shalub-52 is my store ,but i guess it all depends on how big you want to start out at..

From your HUB - go to Selling Tools>Manage Store>Logos and Branding. This is not a for hire recommendation, but it may help you to figure out something  until you find the right resource for you. 

Also, in the same module, open the Manage 3rd Party Applications link. Scroll through the list and there are ads there for help as you seek to set things up on a for hire basis.

I'm not sure, but if you do have someone create a logo, please pay them. I have designed logos for folks in the past and after 3 of them refused to pay me, but used the logo I stopped doing it. I was inexperienced in how to protect my creative work. Just my two cents. Good luck with what you decide to do and with your store!

Store Setup

Not sure exactly what you mean by that, there really isn't much to do other than select your custom categories which would be best done by YOU and can probably be done in 5 minutes (or you can just use the eBay default Categories).

If you mean some sort of listing page template, anyone with basic HTML skills can do it (see above).

(Edit: Sorry - this is a comment for the OP).  I set up my store and created my own logos/banners.  It's so easy that I wouldn't pay anyone to do it. I'm not a great shakes professional or anything, but it gets by.   But I would use the resources given upthread and step through the process yourself before you decide to spend any money. Some of the worst templates I've ever seen have been done by professionals who don't realise how distracting all of those bells and whistles are to just simply showing an item. You can find professional logo designers just about everywhere - just make sure the art you use is legal.

I am not sure I would invest a lot of money into branding your eBay store. My "logo" is just a random photo I took that I liked. In my field repeat buyers are rare on eBay so my opinions may not apply to what you are selling.

I made my own, but there are a number of sites where for a small fee you can get dozens of freelance artists to submit ideas.
