There is always the chance that eBay may, sometime in the future, stop offering buyers the opportunity to pay with PayPal, if a mutually beneficial contract cannot be agreed upon.

Sellers, of course, can no longer use PayPal as a payment processor.

Payoneer will not replace eBay's own Managed Payments program as a seller payment processor.

Payoneer will probably stay a way so you guys can be paid, unless Sri Lanka decides to block them like they did Pay Pal.
