Hi! See link below.

I had to call ebay to bulk edit everything from 2 to 3 days. Slow delivery causes ebay to give my buyers unrealistic arrival dates.

I know what you mean.
For years I had my items listed with 1 day shipping. A couple of months ago I changed it to 2 days. A few weeks ago I changed it to 3 days.
I have always received great service from USPS but lately....

OK, I clicked on the link - It's a help page that tells me that's written so badly it took me ten minutes to figure out what they were talking about.
I was asking because it seems ebay has changed my handling time from two days it's been for years to now showing nothing selected.

I see you have a 2 day handling time.
There are a couple places you can see this on your active listings.

OK, something is still not right - I presume that's one of our listing, checked after I went in and bulk edited in a handling time. But I just checked one of ours - twelve hours after I updated - and it isn't showing me any handling time.
and when I click on the 'get it' link I get this
I also checked our other IDs - no handling on them either, so you might want to check your stuff for one. This might be the reason for the 'get it in two days' as ebay thinks you're mailing seconds after payment.
------
'Funny thing' is I only noticed the no handling time because I apparently thought yesterday was Friday, and so when a BIN sold and it had today - which I thought was Saturday - as the mail by date I noticed. Normally Friday sales didn't need to be shipped till Monday. Only when CNN just said the stock market was opening did I realize today is Friday.
------
I'm a little off my game as it's been a 'not great week' - Found out that for my birthday in two weeks I'm getting a pacemaker. I would have preferred shoes.

Is that an Auction or a Fixed-Price listing? I can see handling time on your Fixed-Price listings, but not on your Auctions, which I believe is standard.

OK, still not showing [really not OK]
That was an auction, but just checked a buy it not and it shows me below
No handling and when I clicked on the link I cut off in the photo I get the same page as second photo in post 8

This is what I see on your Buy It Now items:

@steve_stuff
It is my understanding that eBay no longer shows the "handling time" on the front facing page for your listings in favor of an estimated delivery date. If it is a fixed price listing, and the buyer "clicks through" on the Shipping and Returns line, the handling time will be shown as in the screenshot posted in message #10.
If it is an auction listing, then no handling time is indicated at all. Why it was removed for auctions is unknown. One would think a buyer is capable of knowing when the listing will end and use the "handling time" as an indicator, but eBay doesn't think it is important. Just guessing though. Perhaps it is one of those "enhancements".

Please clarify what might be the issue for this OP that is causing the issue they have and if there have been recent changes.

OK, the end of the story and this post
Short and sweet, ebay never did anything regarding our handling time - I just had the day wrong, thought Thursday was Friday.
But ebay did change something in general about handling time - As far as we can tell they stopped showing it in almost all the places they showed it before. Again as far ... it now seems that the only places a buyer can see our time is to click on that 'shipping - see details' link shown in post six. So two steps to see.
As to showing us - Yesterday doing a sell similar I noticed a box near the bottom with 'one day handling' right there - have never looked at that box before.

I'm not so sure. It appears there is still an issue. I see your handling time on older listings, but not on newer listings. IDK what is causing that, but it should show on all your listings. it should be showing it in the places I gave you a screen shot of in Post 6. It isn't in all your listings.

Thank you for taking the time and effort to check that out. I see you also sell - have you checked your own listings?
