Where is request an invoice in the shopping cart on a mobile device?

I usually use a desktop computer. I know you can put two items or more in the cart, and be able to request an invoice. It is at the top right, which is across from the sellers name. I tried with with another seller I know.

I went to the same sellers store, and put in two items in the cart from my app on the phone, but didn't see the request an invoice. Where is it on the mobile app? Doesn't the app have that feature?

I would like to be able to tell my buyers how to request an invoice if they need to know.

Last I heard, that option isn't available on the app.

You would think if they are trying to make things more mobile friendly, they would add that option in the app?

I had a buyer buy 4 items, and pay for them. To combine shipping, I refunded him the extra shipping cost. Printed out a label for one item, had to mark the other items as shipped, and put in the same tracking number for all items.

There should be an easier way. The combined shipping rules do not work with a combination of first class items and priority mail items.

If someone had the items in their shopping cart and wanted an invoice, how would I do that?

From the app? You'd have to ask them to use the website instead. Most phones and tablets will auto-open links in apps but there are ways to force them to open in browsers. You can google how to do it as the process is different for iOS and Android.

It's a PITA and most buyers won't do it - they'll say just forget it and buy from someone else.

On mobile just use firefox browser and click desktop mode, and request total. I did this just now.
