Where is old send invoice option go?

Hi i have sold an item and payment still pending in Paypal.

I want to send an invoice to the Buyer but i can't find this under order-> item -> actions.

Iam using seller hub.

Is anyway to send an invoice to the buyer through ebay like the old way? Where is this option now?

You say that the payment is pending in Paypal. That would suggest they paid with an echeck. Since they have paid it there is no invoice to send.

Thanks for your answer. 

Buyer is from Germany and replied that there was actually an issue with paypal which he is trying to resolve. Did not give any other info. I had 2 times before issues both with german buyers all experienced ebay members. To resolve the issue i had the option with the old system to send invoice and somehow they manage to pay but now i cannot find this option. Payment is not done with e-check because paypal also notifies about this.

The Send Invoice option goes away once a payment is Pending, even if the buyer is claiming some sort of payment problem with PayPal. Otherwise, it's visible as one of the other actions available for that item on your Sold Items page.

If he is genuinely having a payment problem with PayPal, sending another invoice isn't going to help. In particular, if he asks you for your PayPal address or other contact address in order to pay that way "instead," you're being scammed; do not respond. 

I would simply file the Unpaid Item dispute on this as soon as you are able, and close it out after 4 days (96 hours), so that you can recover your Final Value Fees and move on. It's not your responsibility to sort out the buyer's PayPal problems, if he's having any.
