For most problems there is no reliable Ebay customer service. That is because the automated assistant is at least as good as the human reps in the problems which can be dealt with.

Many of the reasons sellers contact Ebay customer service is beyond the scope of their training or responsibility. In spite of that fact, they try to please the seller who contacts them, often providing incorrect advice or instructions.

If Ebay has censored some of your photos, for example, they are unlikely to be uncensored, and if they are will probably be censored again - with the potential for punishment.
