I'm NOT talking about the 50 each month...I mean the additional ones Ebay sends out usually on a monthly basis?

It was always easy to see prior to the SH rollout.

Those are promotions sent to select groups of sellers whan eBay wants to enlarge the number of particular items  in a given category which has been underperforming.

You can't really look them up, if they want something you have been selling, you will get an email telling you that you can sign up for that particular promotion.

It will be right in the same square box area as your 50 free monthly listings
It is a Box that reads Promotional offers & if they have selected you to receive a free listing promo FVF promo it will appear there & should come in messages as well.

There was no free promo for me last month or pretty much any month !!!
But Hub Promo box looks like this, showing my store lsitings, yours would show your 50 free then any promo's you are offered.
