When you get an email that an item is sold

I do not understand the new changed ebay.

What happened to the old Classic look?

Find my store and items is confusing.

When click on for shipping label, it is also confusing.

And what the heck USPS Ground Advantage?????

I see so many complaints from long time ebay sellers.

What is going on?????

eBay makes changes every year. When was the last time you sold here? Most likely whatever version of the classic look you're referring to is long gone.

Almost a year ago USPS discontinued First Class Package, Parcel Select and Retail Ground services and replaced them with Ground Advantage.

You are advertising Priority Mail for all of your listings which will cost you a lot more than Ground Advantage.

It's called CHANGE.

Just like many things in life.

FYI the ground advantage thing was a change courtesy of the usps, not ebay.

To add to wastingtime101  comments about USPS Ground Advantage. One of the biggest issues with USPS First Class packages was they did not come with insurance unless you purchased it separate. USPS ground advantage has the same $100 insurance coverage as priority mail only ground advantage is considerably cheaper in most cases. While most of your listings have free shipping which I assume you have baked the cost of into the item price it would behoove you to look at ground advantage.

Priority mail used to be my default shipping method for most items prior to ground advantage simply for the insurance coverage. With the introduction of USPS ground advantage and ground advantage cubic I have switched my default over to ground advantage for most of my listings. Priority mail flat rate envelopes and boxes are still the best option for heavy items but most of what you are selling does not fall into that category.

One note of caution. Do NOT use any of the USPS priority mail boxes or envelopes with a ground advantage label.

Take a minute and familiarize yourself with the 'new' navigation and tools available to you.

Change is not always welcome, but is a fact of life. The old format was not very "phone-friendly" and not scaleable. Once you work with this new format, you will probably find it easier.

Also, facebook changed its interface last year sometime too.....I hate the new streamlined look,,,i prefer the old "block" style.....and twitter is now called "X"....and the USPS is still the most reliable and unreliable carrier on the planet

Mush should just name Twitter "dumpsterfire".

Ebay was always "fixing" whatever wasn't broken.  Once you get used to certain formats, they get changed. USPS Ground Advantage isn't Ebay... it's the USPS
