I sold my item and it was delivered 3/14 and it was signed for by the buyer. On 3/16 the buyer left positive feedback for me that said good card. I called ebay and a nice guy in the Phillipines told me I would have my funds the next buisness day. It is now 3/20 and ebay has still not taken off the hold on my money. I am a fairly new seller but it is not my first time. I also just sold something March 10th and got the funds to my bank on March 13th through paypal. I did make a mistake on the first tracking number I called ebay right away they voided it out and I purchased another shipping label through ebay and uploaded the new tracking info the rep told me they did see that I did that. It is a lot of money that ebay is holding to me and I'm not understanding why it's taking so long when the buyer got the product tracking shows they got the product and signed for it and they also left positive feedback and the rep said my money would be off the hold by ebay. So please release my funds to me. Thank you.
