When to close return, when buyer hasn't shipped?

Buyer purchased an item and beleived it could do things it could not after reading eBay's stock description.  Buyer's account is brand new, registered day of purchase.   I had a 30 day return policy on the sale.  The return was automatically accepted by eBay.

 

Buyer hasn't shipped the item, and according to Ebay he has until Monday to ship it or the return may be closed.   Do I call on Monday to close if its not shipped, or do I wait until 30 day return window expires?

Your buyer has 5 business days to mail the return label.

 

Call on the sixth business day if tracking has not yet appeared.
