When does the monthly sales limit reset?

My monthly limits is 150 sales per month or $ 5,000

I have sold 150 articles and the limits per month are in 0
I need to know what date the month is restored to continue selling.

I'm losing a lot of sales.

Call ebay and tell me that I can not sell more for this month.

The 1st day of the month.

Opening a store will not increase your selling limit.

They're selling Lic, and access codes and marketing lists to email addresses, to add watchers to your eBay items to trick the system for higher rankings, etc.

Yeah, so the buyer can spam them. They sell them by the thousands. Whether the addresses are good anymore...who knows.
