When does the monthly listing/sale limit reset?

I just hit my monthly limit around the 20th of this month, will it reset on the 1st of next month (October) or do I have to wait a full 30 days once I hit the limit. I already tried to request for an increase but some how they are saying I am not eligible for an increase right now, even though I have never requested for one before.

It'll reset on the 1st of next month.

Any left over listings from this month will count towards next month's limit when they renew.

Best to read on seller limits in Sell at bottom of the page.

Limits on number of listings and amount a person can sell reset on the 1st of the month but do take into account listings still active.

It is already 2nd of this month and selling limit has not reset yet for Ebay (Au).
Is there anything I can do?
