When did they add "Longtime Member" to listings?

I'm on my cellphone pretty much consistently, but happen to be on my laptop this morning.

When did they add "Longtime Member" to the top of listings, right under the photos and title?

Kinda cool.

They choose random phrases, like the one you saw, or "Member you've purchased from before," or "100% buyer satisfaction," or "Delivery in 3 days," or whatever other complimentary descriptive phrase they can come up with.
