You don't state what items are involved. But statuses of items have very specific meanings here. "New" basically means it's in the box and ready to go as if it was on a store's shelf somewhere. Anything less than that constitutes "Used", which means if you take it out of the box and packaging and use it even once, it's "Used". Most listings will have labels that will differentiate between different levels of "Used". Your item might be a "Like New" or "Very Good", versus an "Acceptable".
Again it just depends on the item. Unless your items are "Brand New" right off the shelf in unopened boxes and wraps and manuals included, *just as I would get it from the store*, your items are used. There's no such thing as "better than used". So list what you got as "Used" and describe the condition in the other fields given.

Cards have to be brand new in the unopened wrapper to qualify as anything but used.

Looks like from your Sold history you sell sports collector cards?
E-Bay recently changed their grading on these.
If professionally graded, you can notate that thru item specifics. If new/sealed in a pack (which it will not be) it would be "new". Otherwise, it is "used".
Good luck - other Sellers in this category have voiced their displeasure over this recent change.
