I refused to cancel a buyers order 11 days ago. He still hasn’t paid and I can’t open a case against him. What should I do?

100% agree.. well put !
If i could, i'd sell everything on vinted these days, at least the sellers stand a chance!
i sell when i have 80% off FVF , just sold hot tub & buyer instantly tries to cancel.
why not contact me before end of auction. they should have charges for everyone who doesn't follow through the sale. absolutely losing the will to live with ebay !

Why would you refuse to cancel? Just do it and go forward so you can relist. Who the heck wants a buyer that's unhappy before they even receive their item!

Thanks for this info. I am in this same situation. At the moment eBay is saying I’m they will take £7.50 fees for the sale. Of course I’ve not been paid. So any idea what will happen if this non-sale is going to sit on my account forever?
