eBay takes their final value fee on total sale price immediately when the item is sold. FVF is cahrged on item cost, shipping fee, &  sales tax...Hence you have what's left in available funds after ebay took the FVF on the transaction.

Looks like the buyer already paid for the shipping and Ebay simply took out their fee.  But yes, of course you still must pay for shipping, either purchasing an Ebay shipping label or paying at the post office.  May I suggest using Ebay to purchase a shipping label and thus save a small amount.

The rule of thumb is to estimate fees at 15% of the total cost with shipping , and don't forget to add about 10% for the sales tax.  This is not exact, and some states have no or low sales tax, but it is easy to do in your head.

Yes.

Unless you are personally delivering or they are picking it up locally.

Your fee for a $159 payment is almost exactly $20. If the buyer paid sales tax, that would increase the fee, since you pay on the total amount paid by the buyer.

So yes, you still have to pay to ship it, using the $9 the buyer paid you.
