What's your advice for my situation

I'm a Las Vegas reseller currently at the homeless shelters because my trailer park shut down.

Sorry to hear about your situation. We need more info on your situation, in regards to selling on ebay. I see you have 1 item listed. Do you have stuff at a location you can sell and ship out of?  Are you in Managed payments? Does ebay have you Managed Payments info, including bank? And so forth.

You have one item listed and zero sales for the last 90 days.

Do you sell with another account?   What can we as ebay sellers

 do to help your situation?

Do you have a safe place to store the items you're selling?

Have a great day.

What kind of advice are you looking for @pigeonpicker?

Are you looking for life/work/financial advice?

Are you looking for advice on how to sell on eBay while in your current situation?

Find a different trailer park.

I won't offer any advice, because I don't know what sort of advice would be helpful.  But I do offer my sympathy.  Three mobile home parks have closed in this general area in the past few years, a big reduction in the affordable housing stock.

I am sorry this happened to you, too.

That's a little callous, and not as easy as one would think.  @pigeonpicker  has posted here for a while.

#1 (beyond finding another roof over your head) is do you have a safe place to keep your stock?

#2 is do you have a secure means of listing - I'm assuming you just a mobile phone, but do you have everything set up to keep going.

#3 How is your work space (what you have of it).

When I stayed in the mission I had a bed and a box to keep stuff in and that was it - there wasn't much room.

If you can NOT ship your item put within your listed time frame the you should NOT have any active listings.

Sorry to hear of the eviction. Looks like this started back last May/June. Terrible situation for a lot of folks.

The OP did NOT say s/he COULDN'T ship an item with the listed time frame anywhere in the title or posts of this thread. S/he has one active listing that could already be packaged up, waiting for a buyer.

Do you have any positive or constructive ideas for the OP? I'm sure s/he'd appreciate any supportive advice one might have under the circumstances.

Use the public library.  Are you able to afford a storage unit for your things?

When my car and computer died the same month, and I couldn't afford to replace and fix right away, I continued selling by walking to the public library every day to use their computers. At the time the eBay phone app for selling was very limited, but I could use the phone after library hours to check for sales, etc. At times when I couldn't get labels printed ahead in time for USPS pickup, I walked packages to the post office. So I listed items that could be carried in my backpack. It took about a year saving up and using the library (the car repair was very expensive), but I was always able to ship out within 24 hours.

Many years ago I was in your situation. Don't lose hope!

During the storm of 2007 here in the Pacific Northwest we lost power for 9 days, but were active sellers here.  We finally found a place that had power so we could at least let our buyers know what was going on.  It was FedEx or UPS...been so long now I don't remember.  We were able to package all our sales and take them back to that store and get them delivered.  Got rave feedback.

Right now the storms remind me of back them, lost a huge tree a week ago...a 50 footer, rootball in the air from the rain and the wind.  It almost took out a fence but thank heavens not the house.

I used to live in Santa Cruz, my heart goes out to them.

OP hang in there.
