What's up with sells

Is anyone else having problems with sells? I haven't had a sell since last Thursday. I sent offers, listed products, lowered some prices and nothing. Just saying unusual for me not to have 1 sell this long.  And it's not just ebay I also sell on etsy, handmade coin bags and those sells stopped the same time.  Any thoughts?

Well, not any "new" thoughts anyway.  

Sales are slow right now.  Myriad of reasons could apply that could be due to system glitches, e-Bay wonky search, spring seller update site changes, the economy, the war in Russia (if that is what they are still calling it at the moment), double digit inflation, employees being laid off again in droves, the ability to again shop freely in B&M stores.............

Not certain, just know is it SLOW and I wish it was not.  Hope it improves for all of us soon!

Im so sick of this...my sales went from 5 a day to maybe 10 for the whole last week...and days with no sales at all...  what is going on?

Chatter is saying all platforms are being marginalized across the internet right now. It seems the programmers of major websites have zero day issues they don't know about yet, although ebay is a much better platform among most of them. Whatever is happening should be reinstated back to normal function.  I just keep listing and updating listings, and my viewer count goes up with positive click-through rates.

Sell is a verb. An action word.

I sell on eBay.

Sale is a noun. A naming word.

I had a good sale today.

Don't get me started on lose/loose, jive/jibe, or  "wallah".

My sales have doubled since I turned TRS on 3-1-22. 10 to 18 orders a week. Thats plenty busy for me. Before 3-1, I was getting 5 to 8 sales a week if that.

 I sure hope sales turn around for you and many Many other Sellers out there. Like mentioned b4. with the prices of everything going up double digits does not help at all. Most of disposable income has vanished by now. Good Luck.

It's "sales" not "sells".

Yea people are clicking but no offers or bids despite items being priced well below what's considered average.  It's not like people aren't shopping because I see them at the stores so they must have some money coming in.  Maybe shopping on eBay isn't at the top of people's list of places to spend money.

Top Rated Seller.

There are some advantages to have TRS status, mostly financial, but you have to meet stringent qualifications if you are in the USA. Global TRS is slightly easier since eBay does not require Tracking because the USPS has some of the cheapest tracking costs in the Universal Postal Union (based on currency value and average national income of course).

My sales have stopped completely with all my shops on ebay and etsy , seems to me they have so much to advertising its like a circle they go in , because its lots of sales at certain times and they its nothing . I just wonder if they are catering to the bigger people that have thousands of listings . I feel like I spend more on promoting than I make in sales and the only one making money is ebay and etsy .
