What is going on with ebay lately?

So not only am I seeing glitches with ebay not showing buyers my combined shipping discounts I have set in my business policies, now I just noticed that my feedback percentage dropped overnight down to 99.2 from 99.3. I'm seeing 1 negative in my close to 12 months (getting close to dropping off the columns) so still not even sure why it was even at 99.3%. But come on, dropping more when I have gotten more positives is just not making sense to my brain! I mean is ebay wanting to encourage buyers to buy from me, thus ebay makes more money off the fee's for sold items or are they wanting to deter buyers away from my store and I'm not a big enough fish in the pond and they want me gone?

I am not sure about your shipping issue you mentioned.  But your feedback is based on 12 months and the oldest feedback fall off, so it is possible more feedback is falling off the back end than you are currently getting on the front end which will make your feedback rating fall.

Yes, as GoodLuck stated.  Also it is going to affect you until it actually falls off, not "almost" time to fall off.  You have a few more months to go and then it will drop off.
