What has happened to first class shipping in the app?

Trying to list a 12oz item and there is no first class option in the app for iPhone or iPad.

I'm listing on app with 1st class. 

It's working if I use...  Sell one like this option from another sellers listing. So go find what your selling. It in no way has to be exact as you are going to input all your info. Be sure to change ALL so its correct. Especially under item specs.

TITLE. PRICE. SPECIFICS. 

You always need to add your own pictures and shipping. Some info should populate from you automatically like payment, handling time, your location.

That listing MUST also offer 1st class. If its priority and you try to change it, you can Not. 1st class will not appear as option.

IT MUST HAVE 1ST CLASS TO BEGIN WITH.

Do not use Sell similiar

Another workaround...

I'm relisting from App UNSOLD items. 1st class is there and it lists. 

When I try to relist from  Sold item 1st class is not there. 

You can relist and then use all new info/pics/specs. If you need to save that listing before doing so use Sell similar and save it to drafts. Then when issue IS fixed you just list it from drafts. 

Then go back to unsold listing (dont go to drafts) use Relist option and fire away a new listing. 1st class is there. 

There are almost always different ways to keep it moving on ebay. Selling here for 20 yrs and there are many options.

What exactly are you putting in for a weight value? Zero pounds and 12 ounces should work; selecting "One pound or less" will not.

Is it possible that some other bit of package data is causing it to fail to qualify for First Class Package? What values are you putting in for package dimensions? 

If you try creating the listing on a laptop or desktop, do you get the same problem that you're currently seeing in the app?

It's the app. Its not happening on website or desktop. 

I have figured ways around it but some just don't understand. Its with new listings, sell similar and relists from Sold. On app only.

If you relist from unsold it's ok and 1st class is there. Or if you go to another sellers listing that has 1st class as shipping option and use SELL ONE LIKE THIS

I found another hack. See if this works for how you list. 

List as parcel select for shipping. Then actually list it. Then go and revise and WOW 1st class option is now there!

USPS First Class shipping option is missing off my Ipad app listings, as well.  In fact, all shipping costs when listing from app default to Priority shipping rates. I have to go to ebay.com to finish drafts.

It is very frustrating, its been like 3 days, I dont understand how a company who's revenue comes directly from items being sold on thier marketplace would let a glitch that prevents people from listing on thier marketplace happen, and I really dont understand why it hasnt been resloved yet.

1st Ebay has messed up Paypal for all of us and now has confused us all with not showing first class as an option.  It was working the other day now today its not.  What the **bleep** is EBAY DOING????????
