Ebay sends suggestions about dropping off prices to increase sales; the link under the suggestion does not work and a message appears saying “there was an issue, try it again later”. This didn’t happen before; so what is going on now with the selling services. I have sent two messages through customer support and nobody answers. So, what is the purpose of the surveys Ebay sent? And what is the support Ebay offer to sellers? Do you change management and good staff/operations/business/app walked away with previous administration? Ebay: show respect and care for your customers=sellers.
