Your joking right? The literal mean literally could not be any clearer than it already is : No returns, No refunds. C'mon man, they made it pretty simple for you.

That seller "listing strategy" only applies to "remorse" returns.

EDIT: The literal *meaning*

What does no returns no refunds mean
For an item not as described, on eBay this means absolutely nothing and is totally unenforceable as it is over ridden by the MBG.

Most of my listings state "no returns". I use that in hopes that the buyer will take time to consider what they are buying, and it's application rather than just buying thinking that they can just return it if they erred in purchasing. (like wally, or target)
I know that I have to refund for an error that I may make, or for a liar buyer, but I stick with my listing policy hoping to have fewer buy it, try it, return it ..................sales.
Some use the "no returns no refunds" statement to fool gullible buyers that do not understand eBay policy.

No refunds or exchanges if you just don't like it or change your mind. If it arrives damaged or not as described that does not apply.

It means the buyer can keep it and get their money back. You do not want it returned.

There are probably an equal amount of buyers and sellers that have no clue what the eBay MBG states.

Ultimately nothing, they can say it buy may not hold any weight. Example Not as described, most of the the time they'll be taking it back regardless of what they say or think.

It means everything, and nothing.
Is your next question going to be: "What is the meaning of life?"
