What are the additional fees for selling an item and shipping with GSP?

Are there additional fees for a seller to use the GSP option in a listing?

I have items to sell and would like to open my auctions to countries covered by GSP. I'm having trouble sorting out what additional costs (if any) I need to consider when setting the reserves for my items. I'm a sporatic seller and would like to increase my activity. Is there some resource that definitively states seller fees? Like a menu item list so I can decide on an item by item basis on what features cost and IF I want to pay for them? GSP is seems to be the most difficult to figure out.

The seller doesn't pay any extra fees for a gsp listing.  Be aware though that some items are not allowed to be shipped by the gsp. For example there has been a problem with sending some types of guitars out of the country.
