My account has 8 canceled transactions throughout this time and last year. Most of those transactions are of Ebay relisting sold or ended items. Literally. The lady on the phone agreed and said this is a common issue. BUT they are SOOO old that they can't be removed. **bleep** this is such a joke of a company now. I don't care. I've been below standard for a year now EATING FEES. Nobody at ebay can even help, they are literally just becoming all automated. It's ridiculous.
The point of this story is I pay 60 dollars a month for a premium store and they limited my account, for I don't know how long. And now I can't list anything anymore. How sad, this is literally high way robbery. They have so many problems with which this post will probably never been seen or cared about. I am sick of it and anyone that tells me otherwise is wrong. I don't have the account setting turned on or anything for this relisting crap.

As a seller, we sometimes might do a draft and maybe improve it not realizing we list the same thing twice just by putting a 'period' or 'different word' in the title.
I have made that error(s).
We tend to blame others for our mistakes.
I wouldn't believe anything customer service says these days.
What have I done?
I apologize to the buyer and offer the buyer something else I have with more value for free and will throw in a freebie as well.
Never say 'out of stock' or leave a 'buyer' hanging. They want to buy.
And my monthly fee is only $22.95.
Don't know what you get for $60.00 compared to what I get for $22.95.

Worst case of "ghost" relisting that I have read about.
Hopefully as time goes on some will drop off of the evaluation, and good sales will help to dilute the defects.

Sorry you are experiencing such a frustrating situation.
What type of limits are you seeing? Is it 1000 active listings? Is it a monetary amount?
The defects will fall off in a years time. Time and more sales are the only thing that can work you out of Below Standard.
Make sure that your inventory numbers are up to date. They have to be accurate, that is paramount. That is on the seller. Does not matter if eBay is making relisting errors. You have to sniff those out and rectify.
The eBay reps won't help with your OOS defects. Only time will help.
Best of luck moving forward.
