I know, I wasn't missed. I'm okay with that. I decided to concentrate on listing and selling (since I didn't really have any other option) for a month. I have no choice but to become a kinder, more gentle person.

Welcome back.  I hope you were able to list and sell a lot during your hiatus!

Everytime I see your name I now think of Oregon and I bet the weather is nice there. I've never been to the northwest but used to watch The Little Family on TLC and they were in Oregon -- the views and landscape looked extremely breathtaking.

Thanks and yes, it is very pretty here. Rainy normally, but our summers are starting to get very hot (90 today). Unfortunately, everyone who wants to move somewhere thinks Portland is great, so our rents have basically tripled in the last 5 years.
