Perhaps so, but I don't see that, myself.  

I see that sincere, genuine, specific questions nearly always get sincere, specifc, genuine, useful responses.  

I see that other posts, such as those made under the illusion that simply posting anything at all advances one, or those that are advertising, or those that are so vague and general and broad as to be quite obviously unanswerable, often get the responses merited.
