Weekly Payout Sent on a Friday? Why?

I have had weekly payouts set in my account for YEARS, always sends on a Tuesday. Why did eBay send a payment out today (Friday)? Did anyone else have this issue? I did not request this, but it seems to be sent to the regular bank account on file, which is mine, so I don't suspect anything fradulent. Anyone?

for u that may be the case but they paid out all cleared payments for the week so far for me

I'm scheduled for Tuesday payouts and it was sent on Tuesday, but also like everyone else, just noticed another payout was sent today. So for me it wasn't a missed payment, and hopefully payments will resume normally next week.

I received my regular weekly payout as scheduled on Tuesday (in my bank account on Wednesday). I have payouts that will be paid next Tuesday as scheduled on my funds.

Just got the notification this morning ,was worried I was hacked .I got my Tuesday pay out and did not request any payments .so was worried about what was going on  glad its  not just me ,was about to call them .Wish I knew why it happened though .

Same here. I am on a bi-weekly schedule.

- Normal payout sent TUESDAY July 15.

- Next due TUESDAY July 29

I was notified  of a  payout today FRIDAY July 18. I did not request this payout.

Same thing here. Wonder what is going on. Things have been running odd all week for us.  So, we were worried that something was up. Glad it's not just us.

Follow-up. Because I was suspicious, I did not click  on the "see details" in the email. From my account, I looked at the details and I can see the payout was for a transaction and shipping. It looks like there was a delay in eBay with updating transactions and they fixed it by sending an extra payout 3 days later.

I got the same thing but if you look closer it says.  so it will be Tuesday before it hit our bank account.

Hey @comics-scifi-collectibles! Thank you for sharing this. There is an open sitewide ticket open under ALERT16072 for sellers having scheduled for weekly payouts, but received two payouts in this week. The Product team is working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.
