I was attempting to reply to a request for an extra picture of an item that is currently being auctioned and I replied with one small .jpg photo via gmail, and about 10 minutes later I received a reply email from ebay saying "We were not able to send your message". This happened about six times on several different messages yesterday. Some replies had pics some did not.
I read the rules that were linked in the error message email and did not see what was wrong with my messages. I do not have extra links or signature links of any kind in my emails. My messaging preferences are set to HTML messaging.
I know that I can add the pic to the listing and that is what I did for the potential buyer in the case that involved a pic request. It would also be nice to be able to send the reply via email.
Any suggestions?
