When clicking on the 3 highlighted categories, the rest work fine.
Think of it like a hiccup. Most times it is nothing more than that. Just refresh and it should be there.
But if it persist, clear your cache and cookies. Shut down your device and let it set for a couple of minutes. Bring it back up and see if that resolves the issue. If it does not, change your Browser.
If the problem still persists, then you will need to report it to Ebay.
